Technology experiment

focuses on the development of core metasurface optical technologies, establishing an independent EDA design platform, AI optimization algorithms, and a metasurface component database. This supports multi-band application development including near-infrared (NIR), mid-to-long-wave infrared (MWIR/LWIR), and future photonic components. Compared to traditional optics that rely on assembling multiple lenses and complex optomechanical structures, metasurface optics precisely controls the amplitude, phase, and polarization characteristics of light waves through nanoscale structures, achieving miniaturization, lightweight, and high integration of optical components. The company’s platform offers a one-stop capability from system requirement analysis, component design, electromagnetic simulation, optical optimization to mass production introduction, significantly shortening development cycles and lowering customer adoption barriers. By combining AI algorithms with semiconductor process-compatible designs, Kewingda has overcome the challenges of designing and mass-producing large-aperture metasurface optical components, successfully developing a 2-centimeter aperture LWIR metasurface lens, establishing internationally leading design and manufacturing capabilities. Future technologies can be widely applied in advanced infrared optics, AI sensing, smart glasses, spatial computing, optical communications, silicon photonics, and next-generation optical systems.
